Weddings are the heartbeat of Gwen Floral Co. We create thoughtful, romantic, bespoke floral designs for loved up couples in Brisbane and beyond.


Being able to play a part in a couple’s wedding day, and create something beautiful that will enhance the atmosphere and setting of a wedding is a real joy and privilege.

We believe that flowers are one of the best ways to bring life and beauty to a celebration. Helping you unpack your individual style and aesthetic, and drawing from our knowledge and expertise, we love designing unique floral concepts that best suit your requirements and vision. Wedding Flowers & Floral Services

  

Ala Carte Flowers 

A la Carte Flowers is simply floral items ordered individually. This service is for you if you are looking to spend less than $2500 and already have a clear idea of what you are wanting for your select wedding floral items. In other words, you may only be after some bouquets, buttonholes and some archway flowers. Just let us know your colour scheme, send through some inspo photos, sit back & allow us to do the rest!

Our A la Carte Flowers requires a $1200 minimum investment. This service includes:

  • unlimited selection of floral arrangements ‘off the menu’

  • email correspondence and 1x free 30min phone consultation

  • pick-up option to save costs (for personal florals only)

*we have limited ala carte availability

 


 

Full Service Floral Design

The Full Floral Service offers a completely customised floral plan for each and every client, perfect for couples who are wanting their flowers to be unique & tailored to their own vision and location. We go to great lengths to source the perfect elements to complete your desired vision and the final product is a truly unique fit to each individual couple. 

Full Service Floral Design requires a $2500 minimum investment to ensure the highest quality floral product, a boutique finish and wonderfully talented staff to execute your special day. This service includes:

  • all florals desired for both ceremony + reception

  • unlimited email correspondence and 2x free 1hr consultations

  • visual mood board

  • delivery of florals + on-site set up

Add-On: Styling Service

We now offer an additional styling service for our full-service wedding clients. We have a small curated collection of items available for all of our wedding clients, however also offer an extended styling coordination service for couples who have a specific vision in mind and are looking for someone to take care of the logistics on their behalf. We invest loads of time and care into liaising with external companies to source the perfect decor that will beautifully complement the florals that we design for your wedding. This service starts at $295 for basic table styling and $595 for set-ups requiring furniture hire. This service includes:

  • concept design and sourcing of hire items (napkins, linens, cutlery, candles)

  • coordination & communication with relevant hire companies

  • mood board detailing the overall concept and specific decor

  • set-up of styling decor

*note: this service is only available for full-service wedding clients. The service fee covers the time to source the items & liaise with relevant parties – excludes the hire cost of items. Extra set-up/pack-down fees may apply.
